The Weirdest R3make Mods

Isabelle from Animal Crossing is a hot commodity! First with her budding friendship with Doomguy from DOOM Eternal, now with her foray into zombie-slaying as a skin-replacer for Jill Valentine in Resident Evil 3. Who doesn’t want a big welcoming smile and adorable cheeks when plowing down hordes of the undead? And they say dreams are dead …

We wouldn’t be talking about PC mods if Thomas the Tank engine didn’t make an appearance, let’s be real here. It didn’t take long for the creepy smile of everyone’s nightmares returned and now he’s taking over the role of Nemesis in the Resident Evil 3 Remake.

We’re not sure who is scarier, Nemesis in his original form or … this. Probably this.

Another mod is perfect with the news of the recent NieR remaster news. This particular Resident Evil 3 mod brings 2B into the mix with the Skirt and Gear and Virtuous mod. Why be Jill when you can be an Android instead? While this mod doesn’t bring in 2B’s drone, it does give her a chance at taking down some foes with Jill’s renowned weapons, which is still pretty sweet if you ask us.

But really, why be 2B when you can be … a sandwich? That’s right, you can literally be a sandwich in Resident Evil 3 with this mod. Everything is business as usual, just instead of the usual tanktop, Jill is rocking that just deli look instead. Think hunger but then make it fashion.

And to round out our top 5 Resident Evil 3 mod picks comes the Bad Boxart Megaman Carlos mod, which is as hilarious as it is badass. This mod replaces Carlos’ default look and switches it out with bad boxart’s MegaMan style instead. Is this necessary to the story? Not in the slightest. Is it awesome? You bet your sweet tooshie it is.

It’s important to note that these mods only work with the PC version of the game since console mod support is still extremely limited. Even still, Resident Evil 3 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Happy modding!
