The best strike to farm Hive in Destiny 2 is currently The Scarlet Keep. This strike is exclusively Hive which means you have plenty of Hive enemies to defeat.

There are a lot of other strikes where Hive will spawn occasionally, such as ‘The Lightblade’, or ‘The Devils’ Lair’ but none that will yield as many kills as running The Scarlet Keep.
